What you see here is a liquid in a flash that has pressure being applied to it. The liquid then turns into a solid and begins to boil, although it still appears to be solid. Tom Enstone discovered that the liquid has a triple point, which is when a liquid can be a liquid, gas, and solid. The liquid can do all three of those states simultaneously, which is pretty ridiculous.
