The Pokemon universe is pretty huge now, but even when it was only 150 species deep you were probably to young to care to read into Pokemon on a deeper level. Some Pokemon like Drifloon are pretty creepy with a bit of a kidnapping twist. Or that it is kind of implied that Pokemon are actually eaten with in the Pokemon universe. Also I think every Pokemon and King of the Hill fan should see this video, which I hope the author makes more of.
